In this online seminar, you’ll learn how to navigate difficult circumstances and emerge both wiser and stronger. We’ll start by discussing tools for managing yourself and others before delving into a discussion about how to build resilience within your organization. We’ll then break into small groups to work through exercises to build confidence in the face of challenges. By the end of the session, all participants will have a framework for powering through (or maneuvering around) personal and professional difficulties.
