After a year of zoom meetings, blurred work-life boundaries and limited low stakes chit-chat, it’s easy to feel like you’re languishing. But what does it take to flip the script on burnout? How can you find the fun at work and feel refreshed wherever you go?

In this online seminar, we explore how to use improvisation and comedy to refresh and revive your conversations and work. We’ll begin by digging into comedy concepts and improv best practices before breaking into small groups to put the skills into practice. By the end of the session, all participants will have a set of comedic tools to find the fun (and funny!) in any situation.
