In this online workshop, we’ll break down barriers to team communication and provide a toolkit for helping leaders engage and inspire. We’ll start by delving into the role of storytelling in team communications before breaking participants into teams to tackle group communications challenges. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a common set of guidelines for communicating with teams and practice delivering inspiring messages to receptive audiences.
